A TASTE OF THE QUARTER IN EVERY ORDER
Chef Darrell Johnson is a graduate of Le' Cordon Bleu and holds a degree in Culinary Management. He is also a Certified Executive Chef of the American Culinary Federation. His passion for cooking started at an early age. His inspiration came from his Great Grandmother, who he says was "the best Chef in the world". Chef Johnson has competed in several cooking competitions; including Food Network's Cutthroat Kitchen and the Louisiana Food Prize. In addition, Chef Johnson has appeared in numerous printed and online Newspapers and Magazine. His goal is to provide a great dining experience that will surpass all your expectations. Our Chef believes, "Food is an art.... and we should treat it as such".
The highlight of my dining experience is when the Chef himself comes out and explains the evening specials. That personal touch makes all the difference when choosing where we will go to eat.
